Spent literally hundreds of dollars on this game (I know a little ridiculous) and one day I just lost everything I had. Now when I start the game it has no recollection of what I have purchased (yes Im signed i to game center) and all my money went down the toilet. Got no response when asking for help. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME YOUR PURCHASES WILL DISAPPEAR. Seriously disappointed.

The game is really good but now I cant play online it says that I been banned from the game can you guys update the game or fix that issue I spend a lot of money on this game buying create and cars can you please fix it ? Thank you

I dont ever rate apps but this deserves a read to save some of you from wasting your time. Ill make it short - An Ad popped once the game menu loaded thanking me for my loyalty and to check out my shipyard for a free bronze crate. Checked it out...nothing. Sent customer service a quick email stating that my crate was not delivered and there must have been a mistake. Received a reply back stating that this was an old promo from Feb 2015 and they are not honoring it. Its hard enough waiting half a day for your parts to install unless you spend a small fortune. All I wanted was them to stand behind their promo! Your loyalty means nothing!

Just wish someone would do something about the hackers. You spend so mug money into the game and they hack you and take it. And also please put a trading system in the game please. So no one will scam you.

I know everyone has this problem, you crash. For the love of god, can you fix this problem? Everyone is experiencing this. Youre going to lose people who play this game.

I usually buy gems but once it went up I said forget it .why raise the price of the gems?!? Also its unfair how people get rare cars and I dont Ive tried to get one but its impossible.. And to think that you could at least put a reward for spending $400 USD in the game but no?!! I just dont understand why people who have the best cars always brag.i mean I try but I dont get it oh and I think u need to add more cars and lower the cost of them too

App crash: before a race,when i pick up an upgrade,checking a video or after i join a race!! My wifi connection is 24.59 mo/sec. So its not my online system!!

Fix The Disqualified Please

anyone help me get rid of this Ill give you 20 mil game cash and any car you want from my garage on: ibadboy I havent been able to play on my main account for over a year.. I get constant "error (402) unable to complete action" whenever I load game. I close it off and it comes back instantly and it has never gone away. I have constantly asked support I help me but nothing ever worked, re-sync, re- download, Ive tried everything. I have had 5 different iPhones and the error happened on each phone so its to do with the game or server or something NOT ME. I have spent hundreds if not a few thousand dollars on that account too.. Anyone who thinks they know a solution to this error issue please add me in game on the account: ibadboy Thanks. Game gets 1 star for inadequate support service or help.. Constant crashing..
